‘Eat more green’ is Alex Joseph’s slogan. Alex is an American chef who also worked at the michelin starred Rouge Tomate in New York. Every dish the restaurant serves contains a guaranteed minimum of greens: at least 50 grams of vegetables in the appetizer, 100 in the main course and 50 grams of fruit in the dessert.  Read more »
