De culinaire werkplaats (the culinary workshop) is a mix of design studio, foodspot, shop, art gallery, a place for culinary workshops, and several other secret ingredients. Eric and Marjolein think up and make delicious new tastes every day. They can get their inspiration from anywhere. It could the ‘hidden talents of black’ which informs the choice of the ingredients, form and presentation on one day, the next day it could be ‘flowers’ or ‘light’. Everything they think up is then made from scratch.

You can get your own inspiration from:

  • having an à la carte eet.inspiraties (eat.inspirations) or participate in a poetic eet.specials
  • joining in a contemporary cooking class
  • buying delicatessen from the different eet.collecties (eat.collections)
  • letting Marjolein make you your very own personal emotie.brood (emotion.bread). Marjolein is the first Dutch designer and baker of emotie.brood
