Located in a high-ceilinged historic building situated on the Rijnkade (Rhine embankment) in Arnhem, the Netherlands, Dining56 head chef Remco Jansen works with fresh ingredients that are inspired by what is in season. The menu is based on classics from the French and Italian kitchen, but the chefs also look for exciting combinations in Asian and other international kitchens.

Dining 56 Arnhem

Choosing the right wine to go with your dish can be left in the safe hands of the waiters.

Dining56 also has their own studio, To Cook, where you get the opportunity to make your own culinary creations with the help of the chef. These culinary workshops are ideal in combination with a wine tasting.

There are two private dining rooms where you can dine or hold small receptions. The rooms are tastefully decorated with stained glass and have a fireplace. If the weather is nice you can enjoy the sun sitting outside on the Rhine embankment.
