The first thing you will notice on Gothia Flowers’ 23rd floor is the amazing view. Sitting at a window seat in Heaven 23, I enjoyed the King Size Shrimp Sandwich. ‘King Size’ it certainly is, containing 200 grams of sumptuous shrimps, mayonaise, egg and a salad. Very tasty!
Friendly and attentive staff and the modern design aesthetic and open kitchen guarantee a transparent and trendy atmosphere.
Besides Heaven 23, Gothia Towers also exploits The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, hotels and restaurants Incontro, West Coast and Upper House Dining. Key elements of the restaurant menus are organic, locally produced and fair. At the moment 120 products are locally grown or organic. Dairy products, vegetables and potatoes are sourced from nearby organic farms and the wine list includes a number of organic wines. The coffee is fair trade certified.
