At Urban Deli it is important that all staff members have an interest in food. The food that is sold in the store is also used to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The Spritmuseum in Stockholm is a unique place to meet. You can dine, taste, shop and visit the art collection. The restaurant at Spritmuseum has just been open for one day, but Chef Petter Nilsson has been working with organic food since 1995.
