Urban Deli is both a shop and a restaurant. The shop has a nice warm atmosphere and a lovely way of presenting the, mostly organic, food. At Urban Deli it is important that all staff members have an interest in food. The food that is sold in the store is also used to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant at Spritmuseum has just been open for one day, but Chef Petter Nilsson has been working with organic food since 1995.
