The San Miguel fresh food market offers great gastronomic food (some organic), tapas, and a wine bar. The market is like one big picnic basket. You just sit down at one of the stalls and have a small meal, then move on to the next one! So, no lugging around of heavy picnic baskets or having to take the dirty dishes back home with you. The market is located at the Plaza de San Miguel, close to the east side of the Plaza Mayor.
