Hotel Rusthållargården is located in a quiet and peaceful spot next to the Kullaberg Nature Reserve. The restaurant uses local, organic produce, sustainable fish and seafood. Coffee and tea are organic and fair trade. From the hotel you have a nice view of the colourful houses at the waterfront. After an interesting visit to Kulturen in Lund we’re ready for some food hiking! We made a pure foodie tour in Lund and explored the most delicious foodie shops. All Scandic hotels offer pure and natural ingredients in their restaurants. In the restaurant Teaterbrasseriet and the Bistro not all the food is organic, what they offer depends on the wholesale purchase price and the differing sustainability standards. Fish and seafood is sustainable, jumbo prawns are banned in the restaurants because the farming methods destroy the ecosystem. They serve crayfish instead. Coffee is fair trade. Enjoy an organic breakfast in a variety of ways in the cosy ‘living room’ of Clarion Hotel Sign in Stockholm. It can be very crowded at the buffet, but when you manage to fill your plate you are rewarded handsomely. Besides the usual breakfast assortment, there is a wide variety of greens (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, vegetable sprouts), fruit (the pineapple is really sweet), soft boiled eggs, soy products and gluten free bread.
