The family owned agriturismo Can Fuster is located in the north of Ibiza in Sant Joan de Labritja. Vicente, one of the owners, showed me around the property and the vegetable garden. Restaurant Aubergine opened only a few weeks ago in Ibiza. The farm to table concept uses local and organic food, partly from their own vegetable garden.
